Nature of Work
This position involves clerical duties such as taking and transcribing dictation, answering and relaying telephone messages, maintaining filing systems, and reviewing invoices, work orders, and vouchers. Assignments require independent judgment and interpretation of various regulations and procedures. The incumbent may also act as a lead worker to a small group of clerical workers.
Education and Experience
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: One (1) year of secretarial work
Special Qualifications
- Must pass a typing test with a net accuracy rate of at least 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy at the time of application.

Pay Range
- Starting: $17.07 per hour
- Step Increases to: $23.69 per hour
