Responsibilities
As a CNA/STNA at Diversicare, your primary duties will include:
- Providing safe and compassionate care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to nursing staff.
- Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues to create a positive, supportive atmosphere.
- Advocating for residents’ well-being and promoting quality of life.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility standards and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA or STNA).
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; experience in patient care is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
