Responsibilities
As a CNA at Springs Village Care Center, you will:
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and address needs.
- Assist with dietary needs, including adhering to dietary restrictions and food preferences.
- Notify the nursing team of any changes in residents’ conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Current and valid CNA certification.
- A strong commitment to resident care and well-being.
- Team-oriented and able to work independently.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
- A passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care.
